POLICY
Requests for use of City Facilities from Non-Profit Organizations will be handled
administratively. As long as they are registered Non-Profit and are performing a public
function, groups based in the City of Lake Elsinore can use City facilities at actual staff
cost, plus the cleaning deposit and necessary insurance to cover the event.
