BACKGROUND
The agendas for the regularly scheduled meetings of the Lake Elsinore City Council are
printed on the Thursdays preceding the second and fourth Tuesdays. Agendas for special
City Council meetings are generally available 24 hours prior to the meeting. All City
Council agendas are available for public review at City Hall as soon as they are printed.
Upon request in accordance with this Policy No. 100-5 City Council agendas can be
mailed to interested parties.
PURPOSE
To establish a system for provision of City Council agendas to the public without
excessive cost to the City of Lake Elsinore.
POLICY
In addition to making City Council agendas available for public inspection at City Hall, it
is the policy of the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore to provide copies of such
agendas to all interested residents who provide the City Clerk’s Office with self
addressed stamped envelopes. Interested parties should provide a stack of self addressed
stamped envelopes and as the supply is depleted the City Clerk’s Office will provide
notification so additional envelopes can be supplied.
Staff Reports and additional information may be requested by the public in accordance
with Policy 100-10. When and to the extent of available technology, City Council
agendas, including staff reports and supporting documentation included with each report,
shall be posted to the City’s website in PDF format.
