A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COiJNCIL OF CITY
OF I.1\KE ELSINORE, l,PPROVING ANNF.~CATION NO.
(LAFCO 90-78-3) WITiIOUT NOTICE OF IIEARING
WHEREAS, The Riverside County Local Agency Formation
Commission has approved annexation No. 47 to the City of Lake
Elsinore (LAFCO 90-78-3); and
WHEREAS, said annexation includes the proposed Marinita
anH Meeker Developments, said annexation being critical to the
establishment of the West Lake Elsinore Community Facilities
District; and
WHEREAS, the Riverside County Local Aqency Formation
Commission in adopting its Resolution Making Determinations And
Approval said annexation, has included a condition authorizing
the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore to approve the
annexation without notice or hearing based upon the fact that
all the owners of the property within the subject area support
proposal;
NOW, THEREPORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the foregoing recitals are true and corzect.
2. That the City Council does hereby approved annexation
No. 47 (LAFCO 90-78-3) without notice or hearing
pursuant to Government Code Section 56837.
