RESOLUTION NO. 90-103
A RESOLUTION OF~THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE
ELSINORE~ CALIFORNIA, ACCEPTING THE WORKS OF IMPROVE=
MENT AND APPROVING "AS-BUILT" CERTIFICATE
WHEREAS,.the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA, hae institu-
ted proceedinge pureuant to the provieione of the "MUniclpal Improvement Act of
1913", being nivieion 12 of the Streete and Highwaye Code of the State of Califor-
nia, for the conetruction and/or acquieition of certain public works of improvement,
together with appurtenancee and appurtenant work, in a apecial aeeeeement dietrict
known and deeignated as ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 90-1A (hereinafter referred to ae
the "Aeaeeement Dietrict"); and,
WHEREAS, thie legislative body did previouely enter into an agreement with the
Property Owner, whereby certain public facilities would be installed by Property
Owner, and upon their completion and installation, eaid improvemente would be
financed and purchased by thie legielative body by iesuance of bonde pureuant to the
provieione of the "Improvement Bond Act of 1915", being Divieion 10 of said Code;
and,
WHEREAS, at thie time, the worke of improvemente (the eubject matter generally
of the Purchaee Agreement) have been completed, and eaid improvemente are all
inetalled in place, and thie legielative body ie deairoue to proce~d to accept the
worke of improvement and approve the eubmitted "Ae-Built" Certificate.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HERE6Y RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the above recitale are all true and correct.
2. That the "AS-BUILT" CERTIFICATE, as eet forth in the final Engineer'e
"Report", ie hereby approved, and said Certificate sete forth the pricee and
quantitiee to be paid for certain of the worke of improvement to be financed and
purchaeed by thie legielative body under these Aesesement Dietrict proceedinge.
3. That the worke of improvement ae set forth in the referenced Certificate
are hereby accepted by this legielative body. ' .
