A~RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TBE CITY OF
LAKE ELSINORE~ CALIFOANIA~ APPROVING AND AUTHO-
RIZING EXECUTION OF SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
ACQUISITION/FINANCING AGREEMENT
WHEREAS, the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA, hae
initiated proceedinge for the formation of a epecial aseeeement dietrict under the
terme and provieione of the "Municipal Improvement Act of 1913", being Divieion 12 of
the Streete and Highwaye Code of the State of California, for the acquiaition of
certain public worke of improvement in a epecial aeeeeement dietrict, eaid aeeeeement
dietrict known and designated ae ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 90-1A (hereinafter referred
to ae the "ASeeeement Dietrict"); and,
WHEREAS, the Streete and Highwaye Code of the State of California, epecifically
the "Municipal Improvement Act of 1913", expreeely avthorizee the acquieition of any
impr.ovemente that are authorized to be conetructed under eaid law, and the property
owner, in order to proceed in a timely way with hie development, hae conetructed
certain of the worke of improvement; and,
wxEREAS, at thie time there has been eubmitted to thie City Council for review
and approval, an Acquieition/Financing Agreement setting forth certain terms and
conditione, ae well ae prices and quantitiee of work inetalled and in place prior to
the adoption of the Aeeolution of Intention. ~
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the above recitale are all true and correct.
2. That the Acquieition/Financing Agreement, ae eubmitted for the referenced
Aeeeeement Dietrict, ie hereby approved, and execution is authorized to be made by
the Mayor and City Clerk.

3. That a copy of eaid Agreement shall be kept on file in the City Clerk and
remain for public inepection.
, 4. The prices to be paid for eaid improvemente ehall be pricee ne determined by
the City to be reaeonable, to repreeent the actual coete and expeneee for the
inetalled worke of improvement, including all appropriate incidental expenaes.
