Home My WebLink AboutCC Reso No 1990-094RESOLUTION N0. 90-94 RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE RENEWING AND AMENDING THE CITY MANAGER CONTRACT WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore entered into a contract with Ron Molendyk to serve as City Manager under certain terms and conditions; and WHEREAS, said contract has by its term expired; and WHERAS, the City Council and Ron Molendyk desire to renew and modify said contract. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: 1) That the foregoing recitals are true and correct. 2) That the contract of employment between the City of Lake Elsinore and Ron Molendyk is hereby amended as follows: a) The term of the contract shall be from October 9, 1990, through September 1, 1992. b) Compensation paid thereunder shall be increased by six (6) percent. c) Term life insurance shall be provided in the amount of Two Hundred and Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000). d) Health and wellness payment shall be increased by One Hundred Dollars {$100) per month. 3) That all other terms and conditions of the contract shall remain unchanged, and combined with the aforesaid amendments, shall consti- tute the complete employment agreement between the City of Lake Elsinore and Ron Molendyk related to his services as City Manager.
