A RESOLUTION OF THG CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LAKE ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA~ ADOPTING A MAP SHOW-
ING THG PROPOSGD BOUNDARIES OP A SPGCIAL ASSE55-
MENT DISTRICT
WHGREAS, the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OC LAKE ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA,
hae Ueen preeented and has received a map showiny and describing Lhe Uounda-
riee of the area proposed to be assessed in an aesessment district under the
piovisions and authority of the "Municipal Improvement Act of 1913", being
Divieion 12 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California; said
assessment dtstrict known and desiynated as ASSESSMENT DISTftICT NO. 90-1A
(hereinafter referred to as the "Assessment District").
NOW, THERGFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS ['OLLOWS:
1. That the above recitals are all true and correct.
2. That a map of the Asaesement District showing Lhe boundaries of
the proposed Aeaessment District and lands and property to be asaessed to pay
the costs and expenses of the propoaed acquisition of improvements designated
as "PROPOSED BOUNDARIGS OF ASSGSSMENT DISTRICT NO. 90-1A" is hereUy submitted
and the same is hereUy approved and adopted.
3.~ That the oriyinal map of said proposed boundarie3 of the proposed
Assessment.District and one copy thereof is to Ue Liled in the OEtice of the
City Clerlc.
4. A certificate ehall Ue endorsed on the original and on at leaet
one copy of the map of the Assessment District, evidencing the date and
adoption of this Resolution, and within fifteen (15) daye after the adoption
of the Resolution fixing the time and place oE hearing on the .formation or
~extent of eaid Aesesement Dietrict, a copy of eaid map shall be filed with
the correct and proper endoraements thereon with the County Recorder, all in
the manner and form provided for in Section 3111 of the Streets and Highways
Code of the State of California. ~ ~
