WEg12EAS, the City Crnuicil has initiated p~edings for the annual levy of
the ass~snents for a street lightinq district p~nsuarit to the terms a~l
p~wisions of the "Iv~scaping ar~d Lightir~g Act of 1972", being Part 2 of
Division 15 of the Streets arid Highways Code of the State of California, in a
di.strict la~m and desigriated as

to law for its consideration ar~d subseque.ntly thereto this City Covncil did
adopt its Resolution of Intention to levy arid collect assASSments far the next
ensuing fiscal year relating to the above-referenced District, and fuxther did
pra~ed to give notice of the time arid place for a Public Hearing on all
matters relating to said annual levy of the proposed ~t; and,
V~S, at this time, this City Council has heard all t.c~stinany and
evidence and is desirous of proceeding with said annual levy of assessnents.
