A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LAKE ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA TERMINATING THE REJECTED
OFFERS OF DEDICATION ON ULLA LANE
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Parcel Map 14777 on November 13,
1970, and rejected the offers of dedication on said map, and
WHEREAS, the City Council approved Parcel Map 7362 on March 10,
1976, and rejected the offers of dedication on said map, and
WHEREAS, the City Council may terminate said rejected offers of
dedication per Chapter 4, Article 3, Section 66477.2 of the
Subdivision Map Act (1990 edition),
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOW:
1) That the above recitals are all true and correct.
2) That the City hereby terminates the rejected offers of
dedication of both Parcel map 14777 and Parcel Map 7362.
