Zhat the publiC interest and oonvenience requires, and it is the intention of this City Camcil, to undertake ~ings for the ani~ual levy airl collection of special a~ra~em~r.+c for the contirn~al maintenance of oertzin i~rwements, all to serve ar~d benefit said District as said area is shaan and delineated on a map as previously approved by this City Council and on file in the Office of the City Clerk, open to public inspection, and herein so referenced arrl made a paL~t hereof, and proposed chang~s thereto are set forth in the "Report" of the F7~gineer, incorporated herein as a part hereof. That the "Report" of the F7~gineer regaxrling the annual levy for said District, which "Report" is for maint.~nce for the fiscal year 199o-1991, is hereby appraved and is directed to be filed in the Office of the City Clerk. After collection by the Caurty, the net amrnuit of the a~s~srex~ts, after the deduction of any o~ensation due to the County for collection, shall be paid to the Treasurer far ~urpx~e.s of pay9ng far the costs anl expenses of said District. That all monies wllected shall be deposited in a speci.al ftmd )mowa as nSPECIAL FUND CCi'Y OF IAi~ IISIIIORE QTYFTIDE IANDSCAPING AND 5'L'f2EEP LICdiTIIdG DISIIttCTn Payment shall be made out of said fimd only for the ~pose provided for in this Resolution, and in ozder to expedite the makix~g of this n~intenaz~ce and i~rovement, the City Crnu~cil may transfer into said flu~c3s as it may decnn necessary to expedite the proceedings. Said District shall include each and every parcel of land within the boiux3aries of said District, as said District is shown on a map as approved by +h;c City Coimcil and on file in the Office of the City Clerk, and so designated by the name of the District.
