street lighting district pinsvaat to the terns and provisions of the
"Land.scaping and Lighting Act of 1972," being Division 15, Part 2 of the
Streets and Highways Qode of the State of California, in what is la~own and
desiqnated as

relate to the fiscal year owmnencirxJ July 1, 1990, arid el~ding J~me 30, 1990;
and,

consideration at this time, a map showing the bo~uxlaries of the area affected
by the levy of the assessment for the above refexr_r~ed fiscal year, and the
tezritory proposed to be annexed, said map ftn-ther showing and desc:ribing in .

- District, said descsiption being sufficient to identi.fy the werks of

Fh~~S, the provisions of said Division 15, Part 2 require a
written "Repcrt," consisting of the following:
1. Plans and specifications of the area of the works of
inq~ravmnent to be maintained;
2. An estimate of the costs for mair,taininc~ {~e j~p~ fpr
the above referenced fiscal year;
3. A diagram of the area propoe~d to be asse.~sed;
4. An assessment of the estimated oosts for maintenance work far
said fiscal year.
NOW, ~RE, BE TT RESOLUID that the City Council of the City of
Iake Elsinore does hereby resolve, determuze ar~d o~ier as follows:

the State of California.
