A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE
ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA, SETTING FORTH AN APPROPRIATIONS LIMIT
FOR FISCAL YEAR 1990/1991 CONSISTENT WITH ARTICLE XIII B OF
THE CALIFORINA CONSTITUTION AND GIVING NOTICE OF THE
AVAILABILITY OF INFORMATION SUPPORTING SAID DETERMINATION.
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Lake Elsinore hereby establishes
$9,940,902 as the limit for appropriations of the proceeds of taxes for Fiscal
Year 1990/1991.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice shall be given by the Administrative
Services Director of the availability of supporting information used in
deriving said limit.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of June , 1990, on
