A RESOLUTION OF THE CSTY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LAKE ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA~ ORDERING CERTAIN
CHANGES ANA MODIFICATION3 TO THE ENGINEER'S
"REPORT" IN A SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the CITY COUNCIL of CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE, CALZFORNIA, has
previously adopted its Resolution of Intention pursuant to the provisions of
the ,"MUnicipal Improvement Act of 1913", being Division 12 of the Streets and
Highwaye Code of the State of California, for the construction of certain
works of improvement in a special assessment diatrict known and deaignated as
NORTHWEST SEWER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 86-1 (hereinafter refertEd t0 a9 thE
"Assessment District"); and
WHEREAS, based upon the presentation and recommendations of staff and
available documentation, it now appeare that the changes and modifications as
set forth in the amended assessment roll, as presented herein, should be
approved and ordered to be done.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the above recitale are all true and correct.
2. That all changes and modifications as set forth in the final
assessment roll and Engineer's "Report" as herewith aubmitted are
hereby ordered and authorized to be made. For all particulars,
reference is made to said "Report'• as herein approved, a copy of
which will remain on file with the transcript of these proceedings
and open for public inapection. ,
3. That the Engineer's '•Report"; the Assessment Roll, and all related
documentation, as so modi~ied, are for the best interests of the
property owners within the Assessment District, and said
assessment, as modified, is in accordance with the benefits
received, and the "Report", as herein modified and amended, ehall
stand as the "Report'• for all subaequent proceedings relating to
this Aesessment District.
