A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE,
CALIFORNIA, SIGNIFYING ITS
INTENTION TO SUBMIT A CLAIM FOR FUNDS UNDER
THE TRANSPORTATION DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1971
AND AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES
DTRECTOR TO COMPLETE ALL DOCUMENTS TO SUPPORT
CLAIMS FOR FUND5.
WI-IEREAS, the Lake Elsinore Transit System has been
allocated portions of Fiscal Year 1989-90 Transportation
Development Act funds £rom the Riverside County Transportation
Commission; and
WHEREAS, the Lake Elsinore Transit 5ystem has
substantial need for these funds for the planning and
demonstration of a local transportation system.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Lake Elsinore
Transit System will actively participate in the program, and
request, in accordance with Chapter 1400, Statutes of 1971,
and applicable Rules and Regulations, the payment of funds by
the Riverside County Auditor with approval by the Southern
California Association of Governments;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Lake Elsinore Transit
System claims $264,000 for the maintenance, operations and
capital outlay during Fiscal Year 1989-90.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 24th day of April,
1990 on the following roll aall vote:
