A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE DECLARING ITS
INTENTION TO VACATE A STREET EASEMENT
AND SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING THEREON
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore has
determined that a certain street easement is no longer necessary
to be utilized as public right of way, said easement being more
particularly described as follows:
BEING A PORTION OF SECTION 9, TOWNSHIP 6 SOUTH, RANGE 4 WEST, SBM,
DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
COMMENCING AT THE CENTER OF SAID SECTION 9, THENCE ALONG THE NORTH
LINE OF SAID SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SAID SECTION 9 SOUTH 89` 51' 00"
EAST, 1074.82 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 12° 41' 14" WEST, 10.03 FEET TO
POINT ON A NON-TANGENT CURVE, CONCAVE SOUTHWESTERLY, HAVING A
RADIUS OF 540.00 FEET, A RADIAL BEARS NORTH 54' 10' 38" EAST;
THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY THROUGH A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 20° 19' 22° AN ARC
LENGTH OF 191.54 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 1~4 30' 00" EAST, 179.43 FEET;
THENCE SOUTH 744 30' 00" WEST, 70.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF
BEGINNING, ALSO BEING THE MOST EASTERLY CORNER OF THE LAND CONVEYED
BY DOCUMENT RECORDED MARCH 27, 1979 AS INSTRUMENT NO. 60805;
THENCE ALONG THE EASTERLY LINE OF LAST SAID LAND NORTH 15" 30' 00"
WEST, 179.43 FEET TO THE BEGINNING OF A TANGENT CURVE, CONCAVE
SOUTHWESTERLY, HAVING A RADIUS OF 470.00 FEET;
THENCE NORTHWESTERLY THROUGH A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 07° 01' 41" AN ARC
LENGTH OF 57.65 FEET, TO A POINT DESIGNATED AS POINT "A" TO WHICH
A RADIAL BEARS NORTH 67° 28' 19" EAST, ALSO BEING AN INTERSECTION
WITH A NON-TANGENT CURVE, CONCAVE SOUTHWESTERLY, HAVING A RADIUS
OF 320.00 FEET, TO WHICH A RADIAL BEARS NORTH 61g 38' 28" EAST;
THENCE SOUTHEASTERLY, ALONG SAID 320.00 FOOT CURVE, THROUGH A
CENTRAL ANGLE OF 14° 27' 18", AN ARC LENGTH OF 80.73 FEET;
THENCE SOUTH 13° 54' 14" EAST, 156.87 FEET TO THE POINT OF
AND WI-IEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore
desires to vacate said easement pursuant to the procedures set
forth in Streets and Hiahwavs Code Section 8320, et sea..
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Lake Elsinore as follows:
1. That the foregoing recitals are true and correct.
2. That the 24th day of April, 1990, at 7:00 p.m., is hereby
set as the time and date for a Public Hearing on the
matter of vacation of the above described street.
Said Public Hearing shall be held at the City Council Chambers
located at 545 Chaney Street, Lake Elsinore, California.
3. This Resolution of Intention shall be published one (1)
time per week for at least two successive weeks prior to said
Public Hearing and shall be posted at least two (2) weeks prior to
said hearing, pursuant to Streets and Highways Code, Section 8323.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of March,
1990, upon the following vote:

WINKLER
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
