A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE DECLARING ITS
INTENTION TO VACATE A STREET EASEMENT
AND SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING THEREON
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore
has determined that a certain street easement is no longer
necessary to be utilized as a public right-of-way, said easement
being more particularly described as follows:
That portion of Dawes Street between Avenue 6
and Avenue 7, in the City of Lake Elsinore,
County of Riverside, State of California as
shown on Elsinore Heights Tract Unit No. 3 as
per map recorded in Book 13, Pages 39 and 40
of maps in the office of the recorder of said County.
AND WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake
Elsinore desires to vacate said easement pursuant to the procedures
set forth in Streets and Hicthwavs Code Section 8320, et sea.,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Lake Elsinore as follows:
1. That the foregoinq recitals are true and
correct.
2. That the 24th day of April, 1990, at 7:00 p.m.,
is hereby set as the time and date for a public hearing on the
matter of vacation of the above-described street. Said public
hearing shall be held at the City Council Chambers located at 545
Chaney Street, Lake Elsinore, California.
3. This Resolution of Intention shall be published
one (1) time per week for at least two successive weeks prior to
said public hearing and shall be posted at least two (2) weeks
prior to said hearing, pursuant to Streets and Higheways Code,
Section 9323.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of March,
1990, upon the following vote:

A RESOLIITION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LARE ELSINORE DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO
VACATE A STREET EASEMENT AND SETTING A PUBLIC
HEARING THEREON
, the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore has
determined that a certain street easement is no longer necessary
to be utilized as public right of way, said easement being more
particularly described as follows:
The Southwest 40.00 feet of that portion of the south
of fractional Section 25, Township 5 south, Range 5 west,
San Sernardino Meridian, in the City of Lake Elsinore,
County of Riverside, State of California, lyinq northeast
of strip of land, 30.00 feet wide, conveyed to the Elsinore,
Pomona and Los Anqeles Railroad by 8eed recorded May 16, 1896
in Book 49, Paqe 3 of Deeds;
and
FTHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Lake Elsinore
desires to vacate said easement pursuant to the procedures set
forth in Streets and Highwavs Code Section 8320, et sea.;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Lake Elsinore as follows:
1. That the foregoing recitals are true and correct.
2. THAT THE 26TH DAY OF MARCH, 1991 AT 7:00 P.M. IS HEREBY
IS HEREBY SET AS THE TIME AND DATE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE
MATTER OF VACATION OF TAE ABOVE-DESCRIBED STREET. SAID PUBLIC
HEARING SHALL BE HELD AT THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS LOCATED AT
545 CHANEY STREET, LAKE ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA.
3. This resolution of Intention shall be published one
(1) time per week for at least two successive weeks prior to
said public hearing and shall be posted at least two (2) weeks
prior to said hearing, pursuant to Streets and Hiahways Code,
Section 8323.
