~ A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY WUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
~~ LAKE ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING A MAP SHOW-
~- ING THE PROPOSED BOUNDARIES OF A SPECIAL ASSESS-
MENT DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the CITY COUNCIL of the CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA,
has been presented and has received a map showing and deacribing the bounda-
riee of the area propoeed to be asaessed in an asseesment district under the
provisions and authority of the "Municipal Improvement Act of 1913", being
Diviaion 12 of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California; eaid
assesament district known and designated as NORTHWEST SEWER ASSESSMENT
DISTRICT NO. 86-1 (hereinafter referred to as the "ASSessment Diatrict").
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the above recitale are all true and correct.
2. That a map of the Assessment Diatrict showing the boundaries of
the proposed Aesessment Dlstrict and lands and property to be
aseesaed to pay the coets and expensea of the proposed improve-
ments designated as "PROPOSED BOUNDARIES OF NORTHWEST SEWER ASSESS-
MENT DISTRICT NO. 86-1" ia hereby submitted, and the eame is
hereby approved and adopted. ~ ~ ~
3. That the oriqinal map of said proposed boundaries of the proposed
Assessment District and one copy thereof is to be filed in the
~ Office of the City Clerk.

' 4. A certificate shall be endorsed on the original and on at leas
one copy of the map of the Asseasment Diatrict, evidencing the
~ date and adoption of this Resulution, aad within fifteen (15) days
~~~ ~ after the adoption of the Reeolution fixing the time and place of
, hearing on the formation or extent of said Asseasment District, a
copy of said map shall be filed with the correct and proper endorsements
theron with the County Recorder, all in the manner and form orovided for in
Section 3111 of the Streets and Hi~hways Code of the State of California.
PASSED, APPRO~ED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of flarch, 19~0, upon the
following vote:
