A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LARE ELSINORE~ CALIFORNIA~ REVISING
RATES AND CHARGES FOR COLLECTION AND DISPOSAL
OF REFUSE
WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elsinore coordinates refuse
collection a~d disposal service for its citizens through a private
contractor; and,
WHEREAB, the rates and charges for said service are set by a
resolution of the City Council pursuant to Section 8.16.230 of the
Lake Elsinore Municipal Code; and,
WHEREAS, it is necessary to amend the rates and charges for
said service as set forth in Resolution 89-57 in order to allow for
an increase in fees paid by said contractor and the City of Lake
Elsinore to cover costs related to providing of said service.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Lake Elsinore as follows:
1. That the revised charges to be levied customers of the refuse
collection service shall be those charges set forth in Exhibit
"A-1" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
2. That said charge shall become effective January 1, 1992.
3. That said effective date is more than thirty (30) days from
the date of this resolution as required by Section 8.16.230
of the Lake Elsinore Municipal Code.
4. That Resolution No. 91-8 is hereby repealed effective
January 1, 1992.
