A RESOLOTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
CITY OF LARE ELSINORE ESTABLISHING
NO PARRING ZONES ON CERTAIN
STREETS
WHEREAS, Chapter 10.40 of the City of Lake Elsinore Municipal
Code provides for the establishment of "No Parking Zones" on
certain streets by resolution of the City Council; and,
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the establishment of
such zones on certain streets or portions thereof, is necessary
to promote public safety and/or highway aesthetics.
NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Public Services is
hereby directed to post signs and/or paint curb markings
identifying said "No Parking Zones".
