RESOLUTION N0. 91-73
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL Of THE
CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE APPROVING THE
FORMATION OF AN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT BY
ELSINORE VALLEY MUNICIPAL WATER DISTRICT
WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY
OF LAKE ELSINORE
WHEREAS, the Elsinore Valley Municipal Water District ("EVMWD") has
initiated proceedings to form an Assessment District pursuant to the Municipal
improvement Act of 1913, Division 12 of the Streets & Highways Code, and the
sale of bonds pursuant to the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, Division 10 of said
Code (the "Assessment District No. 91-1");
WHEREAS, Assessment District No. 91-1 lies within the corporate
boundaries of the City of Lake Elsinore (the "City");
WHEREAS, pursuant to Streets and Highways Code Section 10104 the
proposed resolution of intention and a plat or map indicating the proposed
boundaries of Assessment District No. 91-1 must be submitted by EVMWD to the
City Council of the City for its approval; and
WHEREAS, EVMWD has submitted the proposed resolution of intention to
form an assessment district and a map indicating the boundaries thereof which
are set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto and by this reference incorporated
herein;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND ORDERED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Approval of Resolution and Ma~ The proposed
resolution of intention to form Assessment District No. 91-1 by EVMWD and the
map indicating the boundaries thereof, as set forth in Exhibit A, are hereby
approved.
Section 2. Approval of Formation of District. The City hereby
approves the formation of Assessment District No. 91-1 by EVMWD within the
corporate limits of the City.
Section 3. Effective Date. This resolution shall become
effective upon its adoption.
