A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE
ELSINORE, MODIFYING THE CONFIRMED ASSESSMENT FOR
NORTHWEST SEWER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 86-1
WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elsinore has formed the Nor[hwest Sewer Assessment District No.
86-1 and pursuant thereto has confirmed assessments for the parcels affected thereby; and
WHEREAS, a reduction in the scope of work to be performed pursuant to the aforesaid
assessment District necessitates the modification of the assessment assigned to two parcels contained
therein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVLD AS FOLLOWS:
i. The above recitals are true and correct.
2. The amount of assessment in the parcels affected thereby are hereby modified as follows:
(a) Assessmen[ No. 6 - $439,788.97
3. The aforegoing assessment amounts represent a reduction from the assessment amount
previously confirmed.
