A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LAKE ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING FEES FOR
ANIMAL CONTROL ACTIVITIES RELATIVE TO POTBELLIED
PIGS PURSUANT TO LAKE ELSINORE MUNICIPAL CODE
CHAPTER 6.04.
WHEREAS, 'the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore,
California, adopted Ordinance No. 641, codified as Chapter 4, Title
6, of the Lake Elsinore Municipal Code, permitting the establishment
of fees for animal control services by resolution; and
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Ordinance No. 933 relative to
the keeping of Pot-Bellied Pigs within the limits of the City of Lake
Elsinore; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined the necessity for the
establishment of Animal Control Fees and Services specific to pot-
bellied pigs;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Lake Elsinore, California, that the following schedule of fees is
established for animal control activities and services specific to
pot-bellied pigs:
FEE SCHEDULE FOR ANIMAL CONTROL ACTIVITIES AND SE RVICES
SPECIFIC TO POT-BELLIED PIGS
1. Registration (includes first year's license) $250.00
2. Annual License Fee 50.00
3. When payment of license fee is more than 30-days
after such license is required, owner shall pay
a delinquency fee of 250.00
5. Fine for unregistered or unlicensed pig 500.00
6. Fine or unaltered pot-bellied pig 500.00
7. Impound penalty 100.00
8. Boarding Fee per day 50.00
9. Removal of animal for failure to comply 150.00
