A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LAKE ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA SETTING FORTH AN
APPROPRIATIONS LIMIT FOR FISCAL YEAR 1992-93
CONSISTENT WITH ARTICLE XIIIB OF THE CALIFORNIA
CONSTITUTION AND GIVING NOTICE OF THE AVAILABILITY
OF INFORMATION SUPPORTING SAID DETERMINATION
BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Lake Elsinore hereby
establishes $14,246,207 as the limit for appropriations of the
proceeds of taxes for Fiscal Year 1992-93.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that notice shall be given by the
Administrative Services Director of the availability of supporting
information used in deriving said limit.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 14th day of July, 1992, on
the following roll call vote:
