A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA, APPROVING AND
ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1992-93 AND
APPROPRIATING THE FUNDS NECESSARY TO MEET THE
EXPENDITURES SET FORTH THEREIN
WHEREAS, the City Manager has submitted to the City Council of
the City of Lake Elsinore a budget for Fiscal Year 1992-93, having
proposed expenditures for the General Fund in the amount of $8,598,700
and projected revenues, transfers and carry-over funds which total
$9,912,300; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has submitted to the City Council of
the City of Lake Elsinore a budget for Fiscal Year 1992-93, having
proposed expenditures for the Lighting and Landscape Maintenance
District Fund in the amount of $934,000 and projected revenues and
carry-over funds which total $700,500 with the General Fund covering
the cash flow shortage; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has submitted to the City Council of
the City of Lake Elsinore a budget for Fiscal Year 1.992-93 having
proposed expenditures for Capital Improvements and restricted funds in
the amount of $3,367,000 and projected revenues and carry-over funds
which total $3,648-,000 and use of the Public Improvement In-Lieu
Funds; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore,
California, does hereby find, determine and declare that the budget
for Fiscal Year 1992-93 is hereby PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this
23rd day of June, 1992, by the following vote:
