A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LAKE ELSINORE ADVISING THE RIVERSIDE COUNTY
LOCAL AGENCY COMMISSION OF ITS SUPPORT FOR THE
WAIVER OF PREZONING FOR ANNEXATION OF THE AREA
REFERRED TO AS THE LAGUNA HEIGHTS COUNTRY CLUB
TO THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore is in
support of a waiver of prezoning by the Riverside County Local
Agency Formation Commission; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore will
process this project proponent's prezoning and certification of its
associated environmental document; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore
understands that the Riverside County Local Agency Formation
Commission will not take action on the annexation of this territory
until the prezoning is approved and the associated environmental
documentation is certified by the City Council of the City of Lake
Elsinore.
Passed and adopted this 9th day of April 1992, at a special
meeting of the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore,
California, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: BUCK, DDMIN~UEZ, STAR KEY, WASHBURN
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: NONE
