A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LAKE ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA, CONSENTING
AUTHORIZATION OF THE POSITION OF PUBLIC AORRS
ENFORCEMENT OFFICER TO EXERCISE SPECIFIC
ARREST AND CITATION AUTHORITY FOR MISDEMEANOR
VIOLATIONS
WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elsinore, California, has
established the classification of Public Works Enforcement Officer
to be responsible for enforcing all City code and engineering
violations within the City right-of-way.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore desires
to enforce all City code and engineering violations within the City
right-of-way;
WHEREAS, .the City of Lake Elsinore Municipal Code requires the
City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore to authorize the
classification of Public Works Enforcement Officer to exercise
specific arrest and citation authority for misdemeanor violations,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
City of Lake Elsinore that:
The City Council does hereby authorize the Enforcement Officer
classification to exercise specific arrest and citation
authority for misdemeanor violations of the City of Lake
Elsinore Municipal Code within the City right-of-way as
follows:
