A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE DESIGNATING THE
LOCATION OF CERTAIN STOP INTERSECTIONS
WHEREAS, Section 10.16.030 of the Lake Elsinore Municipal Code
provides for the designation of a stop intersection by resolution
of the City Council upon the making of certain findings; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council hereby finds and determines that the
placement of stop signs at the intersection listed below is
necessary to facilitate the flow of traffic and or prevent traffic
conflicts:
WHEREAS, said findings are made subsequent to receipt of a
traffic engineering report summarizing traffic survey data relative
to said intersection.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the
City of Lake Elsinore that the intersection set forth below is
hereby designated as a stop intersection and the Director of Public
Services is hereby directed to place and maintain stop signs at one
or more entrances to said intersection as herein specified, and
that this Resolution shall take effect upon the placement of said
signs.
