A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LAKE ELSINORE DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
A STREET EASEMENT AND SETTING A PUBLIC HEARING
THEREON
the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore has
determined that a certain street easement is no longer necessary to
be utilized as public right-a-way, said easement being more
particularly described as follows:
A portion of Avenue Eleven per Elsinore Heights Tract Unit No. 5 as
shown on Book 12 of Maps, Page 95 Riverside County Records,
California:
BEGINNING at the southeast corner of Lot 138; THENCE north 00%
30' 26" West, along the westerly right-of-way of said Avenue
Eleven, 140.31 feet to the southwesterly line of a deed in Book
1905, page 100, recorded May 1st, 1956, Riverside County Records;
THENCE south 44% 13' 55" east, along said southwesterly line,
57.87 feet, to the easterly right-of-way of said Avenue Eleven,
being also the westerly line of said deed recorded in book 1905,
page 100;
THENCE south 00% 30' 26" east, along said easterly right of way,
98.49 feet to the southwest corner of lot 139; THENCE south 89%
29' 31" west, along the northerly right of way of Mill Street as
shown on said Map Book 12, page 95, 40.00 feet to the Point of
~ Beginning.
This description contains 0.11 acres, more or less.
WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Lake Elsinore
desires to vacate -said easement pursuant to the procedures set
forth in Streets and Highways Code Section 8320, et sea.;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Lake Elsinore as follows:
1. That the foregoing recitals are true and corrects.
2. THAT THE 11TH DAY OF FEBRUARY, 1992 AT 7:00 p.m. IS HEREBY
SET AS THE TIME AND DATE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE MATTER OF
VACATION OF THE ABOVE-DESCRIBED STREET. SAID PUBLIC HEARING SHALL
BE HELD AT THE CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS LOCATED AT 545 CHANEY STREET
LAKE ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA.
3. This Resolution of Intention shall be published one (1)
time per week for at least two successive weeks prior to said
public hearing and shall be posted at least two (2) weeks prior to
said hearing, pursuant to Streets and Highways Code Section 8323.
