RESOLUTION 93-51
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
LAKE ELSINORE RESCINDING RESOLUTION 85-65 WHICH ESTABLISHED
LEHR DRIVE EASTERLY OF RIVERSIDE DRIVE AS AN ONE-WAY STREET
WHEREAS, Lehr Drive was established as an one-way street
between Kansas Street and Riverside Drive (State Route 74) as an
interim solution until a traffic signal was constructed at the
intersection of Lakeshore Drive and Riverside Drive; and,
WHEREAS, Resolution 85-65 designated Lehr Drive as an one-way
street east of Riverside Drive;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Lake Elsinore, hereby rescinds resolution 85-65 and re-
establishes Lehr Drive as a two-way travel street east of
Riverside Drive.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Di~~ector of Public Services
is hereby directed to remove and%or post and maintain signs and
markings appropriate to re-establish Lehr Drive as a two-way travel
street.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 10th day of
August 1993.
