A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE ESTABLISHING
NO PARKING ZONES ON CERTAIN STREETS
WHEREAS, Section 10.40.010, of the Lake Elsinore Municipal
Code provides for the establishment of "No Parking Zones" on
certain streets by resolution of the City Council; and,
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the designation of such
zones on certain streets or portions thereof, is necessary to
promote public safety, bicycle lanes, and\or highway aesthetics;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Lake Elsinore, hereby establishes certain "No Parking
Zones" as follows:
NAME OF STREET SIDE OF STREET LOCATION OF NO PARKING ZONE
Riverside Drive Both Collier Avenue to E1 Toro Road
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Director of Public Services
is hereby directed to post and maintain signs and\or painted
markings, as required by the Vehicle Code, at said locations.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 13th day of
