A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COIINCIL OF
THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE ESTABLISHING
NO PARKING ZONES ON CERTAIN STREETS
WHEREAS, Section 10.40.010, of the Lake Elsinore Municipal
City provides for the establishment of "No Parking Zones" on
certain by resolution of the City Council; and,
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the designation of such
zones on certain streets or portions thereof, is necessary to
promote public safety, bicycle lanes, and/or highway aesthetics;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the
City of Lake Elsinore, hereby establishes certain "No Parking
Zones" as follows:
NAME OF STREET SIDE OF STREET LOCATION OF NO PARKING ZONE
Corydon Street Westerly Palomar Street to 450 feet
south of Lakeside Drive
Lakeshore Drive Northerly Riverside Drive to 1300 feet
west
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Director of Public Services
is hereby directed to post and maintain signs and/or painted
markings, as required by the Vehicle Code, at said locations.
