A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE~
DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE INGHAM STREET AND 3ETTING A
PUBLIC HEARING THEREON
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore has
determined that a certain street easement is no longer necessary to
be utilized as public right of way, said easement being more
particularly described as follows:
Ingham Street of Unit A of Country C1ub Heights at Lake
Elsinore, as shown by map on file in Book 16, Pages 59, 60, and 61
of maps, Riverside County records; more precisely described as
follows:
Beginning at the most southerly corner of Lot 120; thence a
distance of 34.92 feet along a line bearing north 77 degrees, 20
minutes west; thence a distance of 148.32 feet along a line bearing
north 23 degrees, 28 minutes west; thence traversing an arc,
concave northward, having a radius of 80.0o feet, an included angle
of 30 degrees, 39 minutes and 36 seconds, with a cord bearing north
64 degrees, 33 minutes and 33 seconds east, for a length of 37.48
feet to a point on the line of said lot; thence proceedings
southwesterly along the lines of said lot to the point of
beginning.
Together with:
Beginning at the most southerly corner of Lot 121 on the right
of way line of Smith Avenue; thence a distance of 44.44 feet along
a line bearing south 77 degrees, 20 minutes east; thence a distance
of 148.34 feet along a line bearing north 23 deqrees, 28 minutes
west; thence traversing an arc, concave northward, having a radius
of 80.00 feet, an included angle of 26 degrees, 50 minutes and 34
seconds, with a cord bearing north 86 degrees, 41 minutes and 50
seconds west, a length of 42.81 feet to a point on the line of said
lot being the northernmost corner of said lot; thence continuing
southeasterly along the lines of said lot to the point of
beginning.
and
WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Lake Elsinore
desires to vacate said easement pursuant to the procedures set
forth in Streets and Highwavs Code Section 8320, et sea.;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Lake Elsinore as follows:
1. That the foregoing recitals are true and correct.
2. That the 22nd day of November, 1994 at 7:00 PM is hereby
set as the time and date for a public hearing on the matter of
vacation of the above described street. Said public hearing shall
be held at the City Council chambers located at 183 Main Street,
Lake Elsinore, California.
3. This Resolution of Intention shall be published one (1)
time per week for at least two successive weeks prior to said
public hearing and shall be posted at least two (2) weeks prior to
said hearing, pursuant to Streets and Highways Code, Section 8323.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this Z5th day of October
1994 by the following vote:
