A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE REQUESTING
THE TAX COLLECTOR OF THE COUNTY OF
RIVERSIDE TO PLACE ASSESSMENTS ON THE
BILLS OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore,
' California (the "City"), has heretofore instituted and conducted
', proceedings under the terms and provisions of the Municipal
' Improvement Act of 1913 (the "Act"), being Division 12 (commencing
with Section 100000) of the Streets and Highways Code of the State
of California, for the acquisition and construction of certain
, public works of improvements, together with appurtenances and
appurtenant work in a special assessment district designated as
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT N0. 901A
' (SUMMERHILL PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS)
(hereinafter referred to as the "Assessment District"); and
WHEREAS, in Resolution No. 90-90 adopted on September 25,
1990, (the "Resolution of Intention"), it was determined and
declared that the bonds should be issued under the provisions of
~ the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, being Division 10 (commencing
' with Section 8500) of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of
', California; and
i WHEREAS, all assessments in this district were levied without
regard to property valuation; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore
does hereby resolve as follows:
1. That the portion of the principal, interest and other
costs related to Assessment District No. 90-1A due or coming due
through June 30, 1995, be placed on the County Tax Rolls and
collected by the Riverside County Tax Collector, as provided by
Exhibit "A" (a summary of fixed charges).
2. That the properties to be so assessed and the related
amounts are submitted on magnetic tape as requested by Riverside
County Tax Collector, and further identified as County fund no. 68-

PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of August, 1994 by
the following vote:
