A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
~ OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE REQUESTING
THE TAX COLLECTOR OF THE COUNTY OF
RIVERSIDE TO PLACE ASSESSMENTS ON THE
BILLS OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore, California (the "City"), has
heretofore instituted and conducted proceedings mider Nie terms and provisions of tlie Municipal
Improvement Act of 1913 (the "Act"), being Division 12 (commencing with Section 100000) of
the Streets and Highways Code of the 5tate of California, for [he acquisition and construcGOn of
certain public works of improvements, together with appurtenances and appurtenant work in a
special assessment district designated as
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 93 -1
(COTTONWOOD HILLS PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS)
(hereinafter referred to as the "Assessment District"); and
WHEREAS, in Resolution No. 93-10 adopted on March 9, 1993, (tlie "Resolution of
Intention"), it was detennined aad declared that the bonds should be issued under the provisions
of the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, being Division 10 (commencing with Section 8500) of the
Streets and Highways Code of the 3tate of California; and
WHEREAS, all assessments in this district were levied without regard to property
valuation; and
NOW, THEREFORE, die City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore does hereby resolve
as follows:
1. That the portion of the principal, interest and otl~er wsts related to Assessment
District No. 93-1 due or coming due tluougli June 30, 1997, be placed on the County Tax Rolls
and collectecl by the Riverside County Tax Collector, as provided by Exl~ibit "A" (a summary of
fixed charges).
2. That the properties to be so assessed and tlie related amounts are submitted on
magnetic tape as requested by Riverside County Tax Collector, and further identified as County
fund no. 68-2369.
