A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCII. OF THE CITY OF LABE
EISINORE, CALIFO1tNIA, S'ETTING FEF.S FOR TRAINING AND
IDUCATION FOR THE BUII.DING DEPARTMENT, IN COMPLIANCE
WITH ASSE1~fBLY BII.L 717.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore, Califomia wishes to
be in compliance with Assembly Bil1 717; and
WHERREEAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore, wishes to recover the
cost of State mandated specific certification, training and educational requirements for
Construction Inspectors, Plans Examiners and Building Officials who are employed by
the City; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore wishes to relate the
cost/beneCt of certain items which require staff time and detract from other staff duties.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVID that the City Council of the City of
Lake Elsinore, does 6ereby set a fee of $5.00 on each and every permit issued by the
Building Department, for certification, train-ng and educational requirements.
PASSED, APPROVID~ AND ADOPTID this 9th day oF April , 1996, by
the following vote:
