A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE REQUESTING
THE TAX COLLECTOR OF THE COUNTY OF
RIVERSIDE TO PLACE ASSESSMENTS ON TEE
BILLS OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore, California (the "City"), has
heretofore instituted and conducted proceedings under the terms and provisions of the Municipal
Improvement Act of 1913 (the "Act"), being Division 12 (commencing with Section 100000) of
the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, for the acquisition and construction of
certain public works of improvements, together with appurtenances and appurtenant work in a
special assessment district designated as
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 90-1A
(SUMMERHILL PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS)
(hereinafter referred to as the "Assessment District"); and
WHEREAS, in Resolution No. 90-90 adopted on September 25, 1990, (the "Resolufion
of Intention"), it was determined and declared fl~at the bonds should be issued under the provisions
of the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, being Division 10 (commencing with Secfion 8500) of the
Streets and Highways Code of the State of California; and
WHEREAS, all assessments in this district were levied without regard to property
valuation; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore does hereby resolve
as follows:
1. That the portion of the principal, interest and other costs related to Assessment
District No. 90-1A due or wming due through 7une 30, 1998, be placed on the County Tax Rolls
and collected by the Riverside Counry Tax Collector, as provided by Exhibit "A" (a summary of
fixed charges).
2. That the properties to be so assessed and the related amounts are submitted on
magneflc tape as requested by Riverside County Ta7c Collector, and further idenfified as County
fund no. 68-2362.
