A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCII. OF THE CITY
OF LAKE ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA, ADOPTING PROGRAM
SUPPLEMENT NO.OlI TO LOCAL AGENCY- STATE
AGREEMENT FOR FEDERAL-AID PROJECTS NO. 08-5074
NIISSION TRAIL PAVEMENT REHABILTTATION
(Diamond Drive to Malaga Road)
WHEREAS, the intersection of Mission Trail and Diamond Drive, and Mission Trail
from Diamond Drive to Malaga Road are in need of pavement rehabilitation; and
WHEREAS, the intersection of Mission Trail and Diamond Drive carries approximately
19,200 vehicles per day, and is expected to carry appro~timately 41,000 vehicles per day at build-out
to planned land use pattems and densities; and
WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elsinore and the State of California Department of
Transportation entered into an Agreement for Federal-Aid Projects on June 11, 1979; and
WHEREAS, the State of Califorrua Department of Transportation has authorized the City
to proceed with the Preliminary Engineering for the M'ission Trail Pavement Rehabilitation; and
WHEREAS, funds for the Preliminary Engineering have been obligated as set forth in
Program Supplement No Ol l.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE TT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore
that it hereby approves Progam Supplement No. Ol l and adopts Program Supplement No. 011,
Mission Trail Pavement Rehabilitatioq into the Local Agency-State Agreement for Federal-Aid
Projects No. 08-5074. Further, that as a condition to payment of funds obligated to this project, the
City accepts and will comply with the covenants or remarks set forth in the Program Supplement,
Page 2, numbered 1 through 7.
