A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE, CALIFI~RNIA,
APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL
YEAR 1999-00 AND APPROPRIATING THE FUNDS NECESSARY
TO MEET THE EXPENDITURES SET FORTH THEREIN.
WHEREAS, the City Manager has submitted to the City Council of the City of Lake
Elsinore a bud~et for Fiscal Year 1999-00, having proposed expenditures for the General Fund in
the amount of ~I0,149,505 with projected Revenue and tranSfers totaling $10,163,100; and
R'HEREAS, the City Manager has submitted to the City Council of the City of Lake
Elsinore a budget for Fiscal Yeaz 1999-00, having proposed expenditures for other funds of the City
and consists of the following:

~VHEREAS, the Engineering Department has submitted an aggressive CIP Budget with
some 18 different projects totaling $3,952,000 utilizing Gas Tax, Measure A, Grant Revenues,
Park In Lieu Capital Revenues, and CFD 90-2 Bond Proceeds.
\O~V, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore, Califomia, does
hereby find, detemiine and declare that this budget for Fiscal Year 1999-00 is hereby PASSED,
APPRO~'ED, AND ADOPTED this 8`h day of June, 1999, by the following vote:
