A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE
ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA, REPEALING AND REPLACING
RESOLUTION NO. 97-6.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore, California
adopted Ordinance No. 790 on April 14, 1987, providing for Fee and Service
Charge Revenue/Cost Comparison System; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore is desirous of
providing a sufficient number of services far residents and tourists using Lake
Elsinore; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary for residents and tourists to pay their fair share
of the costs to provide services; and
WHEREAS, the City of Lake Elsinare City Council does now desire to
modify the fee structure by amending Resolution No. 97-6 and the Schedule of
Fees.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Lake Elsinore as follows:
SECTION ONE
That Resolution No. 97-6 is hereby repealed.
2. That the foregoing recitals are true and correct.
For the purpose of implementing the following fee structure, a non-
City resident is hereby defined as the person maintaining his or her
principal residence outside of the corporate boundaries of the City of
Lake Elsinore.
4. For the purpose of implementing the following Commercial Pass Fee
structure, an "outside business" is hereby defined as a business not
within the corporate boundaries of the City of Lake Elsinore or a
business with lakefront property adjoining Lake Elsinore.
The following fees shall be assessed to City or non-City resident(s)
and/or businesses for the use of Lake Elsinore and shown on the
amended "Schedule of Fees" for purchase on an Annual Pass,
Commercial Pass and daily Lake Use Pass.
a. Lake Use Pass $7.00 per day.
Annual Pass
b. Resident $65.00 per year per vessel.
c. Non-Resident $105.00 per year per vessel.

d. Non-Motorized Resident $20.00 per year per vessel.
e. Non-Motorized Non-Resident $25.00 per year per vessel.
Commercial Pass
£ Local Business $300.00 per year.
g. Outside Business $350.00 per year.
h. 10% Senior Citizen Discount.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 7`h day of December, 2000,
upon the following vote:
