A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE, CALIFORNLA,
APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL
YEAR 2000-O1 AND APPROPRIATING THE FUNDS NECESSARY
TO MEET THE EXPENDITURES SET FORTH THEREIN.
WHEREAS, the City Manager has submitted to the City Council of the City of Lake
Elsinore a budget for Fiscal Year 2000-01, having proposed expenditures for the General Fund in
the amount of $13,497,500 with projected Revenue and transfers totaling $11,694,900; and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has submitted to the City Council of the City of Lake
Elsinore a budget for Fiscal yeaz 2000-01, having proposed expenditures for other funds of the
City and consists of the following:

WHEREAS, the Engineering Department has submitted an aggressive CIP Budget
with some 13 dif~'erent projects totaling $4,601,000 utilizing Gas Tax, Measure A, Grant
Revenues, CDBG, Park in Lieu Capital Revenues, CFD 90-2 Bond Proceeds, and the Generai
Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore, California, does
hereby find, determine and declare that this budget for Fiscal Year 2000-01 is hereby PASSED,
APPROVED, AND ADOPTED this 13'~' day of June, 200Q by the following vote:
