A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE ESTABLISHING
NO PARKING ZONES ON CERTAIN STREETS
WHEREAS, Section 10.40.010, of the Lake Elsinore Municipal Code provides for the
establishment of No Pazking Zones on certain streets by resolution of the City Council; and,
WHEREAS, Casino Drive is an arterial street; and,
WHEREAS, The Villa Siena Apartment complex is located on Casino north of Mill Street,
and;
WHEREAS, The car dealerships are located on Casino south of Mill Street, and;
WHEREAS, vehicles generated by the car dealerships pazk near to the main driveway of the
apartment complex, and;
WHEREA5, the it is necessary to restore driveway sight distance for the main driveway of
the apartment complex, and;
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the designation ofNo Parking zones are necessary
traffic safety.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lake
Elsinore, hereby establishes certain No Parking Zones as follows:
NAME OF STREET SIDE OF STREET LOCATION OF NO PARKING ZONE
Casino Drive East Side For 120 feet south of the Villa Siena Apartments
main driveway.
Casino Drive East Side For 20 feet north of the Villa Siena Apartments
main driveway.
