A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE
ELSINORE RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 94-11 AND ESTABLISHING
THE TIME AND PLACE OF REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS.
WHEREA5, by Resolution No. 94-11 approved and adopted on February 8, 1994,
the City Council established the time and place of its Regular City Council Meeting; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to change the ±irne and place of Regulaz City Council
Meetings beginning on May 22, 2001.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Resolution No. 94-11 is hereby rescinded.
Section 2. The time and place of Regular Meetings of the Redevelopment Agency of the
City of Lake Elsinore is hereby established as follows:
Time
5:00 p.m.
Second and Fomrth
Tuesdays of each month
Place
Lake Elsinore Cultural Center
183 North Main Street
Lake Elsinore, California
Section 3. The public portion of each Regular Meeting during which the City Council will
take action shall commence at 7:00 p.m.
Section 4. This Resolution sha11 take effect upon its adoption and the new meeting time will
be incorporated into the May 22, 2001 Regular Meeting agenda.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 24 day of April, 2001.
