A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE,
CALIFORNIA, FOR THE VACATION OF A PORTION OF HUNCO WAY
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore has determined that a certain
street right-of-way is no longer necessary to be utilized as public right-of-way, said easement being
more particularly described as follows:
That the portion of Hunco Way described as follows:
BEGINNING AT THE CENTERLINE INTERSECTION OF COLLIER AVENUE AND
HUNCO WAY AS SHOWN ON PARCEL MAP 29325, RECORDED IN BOOK 196, PAGES
66 THROUGH 67, OF PARCEL MAPS, OFFICIAL RECORDS OF RIVERSIDE COUNTY;
THENCE SOUTH 42°55'30" WEST ALONG THE CENTERLINE OF HUNCO WAY, 237.00
FEET;
THENCE NORTH 47°04'30" WEST, 33.00 FEET TO A POINT ON THE NORTHWESTERLY
RIGHT-OF-WAY OF IILJNCO WAY, SAID POINT BEING THE TRUE POINT OF
BEGINNING
THENCE SOUTH 42°55'30" WEST, A DISTANCE OF 137.77 FEET TO A 100.00 FOOT
RADIUS TANGENT CURVE, CONCAVE NORTHWESTERLY TO WHICH A RADIAL
LINE BEARS NORTH 47°04'30" WEST;
THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY 23.81 FEET ALONG SAID CURVE THROUGH A CENTRAL
ANGLE OF 13°38'40";
THENCE SOUTH 56°34' 10" WEST A DISTANCE OF 50.00 FEET TO A 49.00 FOOT
RADIUS TANGENT CURVE, CONCAVE NORTHESTERLY;
THENCE SOUTHERLY TO WESTERLY 118.48 FEET ALONG SAID CURVE THROUGH A
CENTRAL ANGLE OF 138°32'll" TO A POINT ON A 517.00 FOOT RADIUS CURVE,
CONCAVE EASTERLY TO WHICH A RADIAL LINE BEARS SOUTH 72°04'44"WEST;
THENCE NORTHERLY 2.94 FEET ALONG SAID CURVE THROUGH A CENTRAL
ANGLE 00°19'34" TO A POINT ON A 583.00 FOOT RADIUS CRVE, CONCAVE
EASTERLY TO WHICH A RADIAL LINE BEARS SOUTH 73°14' 18" EAST;
THENCE NORTHERLY 266.22 FEET ALONG SAID CURVE THROUGH A CENTRAL
ANGLE 26°09'48 TO A POINT TO WHICH A RADIAL LINE BEARS SOUTH
47°04'30"EAST, SAID POINT BEING THE TRUEPOINT OFBEGINNING.
WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Lake Elsinore desires to vacate said right-of-
way pursuant to the procedures set forth in Streets and Highways Code Section 8320, et seq•;
WHEREAS, the City Council for the City of Lake Elsinore adopted Resolution of
Intention No. 2001-02 setting a time and place for a public hearing on said vacation, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of Intention 2001-02, the public hearing has been held
and evidence submitted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Lake Elsinore as follows:
1. That the foregoing recitals are true and correct.
2. That based on the evidence submitted at said public hearing, the City Council hereby
finds that the street and alleys described in this Resolution is unnecessary for present
and prospective use.
3. That the street and alleys right-of-way more particular described above is hereby
ordered to be vacated.
4. That the City Clerk I hereby ordered to record the Resolution of Vacation in the
Riverside County Recorder's Office.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 13th day of March ,
