RESOLUTION NO. 2003- ~2
A RESOLUTION OF THE CTI'Y COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE REQUESTING
THE TAX COLLECTOR OF THE COUNTY OF
RIVERSIDE TO PLACE ASSESSMENTS ON THE
BILLS OF CERTAIN PROPERTIES
FOR AD 90-1A
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore, California (the "Cit}~'), has
heretofore instituted and conducted proceedings under the terms and provisions of the Municipal
Improvement Act of 1913 (the "Act"), being Division 12 (commencing with Section 10000) of
the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, for the acquisition and constnxction of
certain public works of improvements, together with appurtenances and appurte.nant work in a
special assessment district designated as
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 90-1A
(SUMMERHILL IMPROVEMENTS)
(hereinafter referred to as the "Assessment DistricY'); and
WHEREAS, in Resolution No. 90-90 adopted on September 25, 199Q (the "Resolution
of Intention"), it was determined and declared that the bonds should be issued under the
provisions of the Improvement Bond Act of 1915, being Division 10 (commencing with Section
8500) of the Streets and Highways Code of the State of Califomia; and
WHEREAS, all assessments in this district were levied without regard to property
valuation; and
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Lake Elsinore does hereby resolve
as follows:
1. That the porhion of the principal, interest and other cost related to Assessment
District No. 90-1A due or coming dne in 2004 be placed on the County Tax Rolls
and collected by the Riverside County Tas Collector, as provided by Exhibit "A"
{a summazy of fixed chazges).
2. That the properties to be so assessed and the related amounts are submitted on
magnetic tapes as requested by Riverside County Taac Collector, and further
idenrified as County Fund No. 68-2362.
