A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE
ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA, CHANGING THE STREET NAME OF RAMSGATE
DRIVE FROM THE INTERSECTION OF CALIFORNIA STATE ffiGHWAY 74
TO ITS END, TO ROSETTA CANYON DRIVE.
WHEREAS, the street known as Ramsgate Drive exists in the City of Lake Elsinore,
California, and extends from California State Highway 74 to approximately one half mile in a
southeasterly direction to its culmination in a dead end; and
WHEREAS, the change of the street name of said street is desirable for it will be the
primary street within the community known as Rosetta Canyon and will help guide residents to
this new community;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE MAYOR AND THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LAKE ELSINORE, CALIFORNIA, DO RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
1. Ramsgate Drive from California State Highway 74 to its culmination in a dead end
approximately one half mile in a southeasterly direction is hereby changed and will hereafter
be refened to as Rosetta Canyon Drive.
2. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to forward a copy of this Resolution to the
Riverside County Board of Supervisors.
3. The City Engineer is hereby ordered to notify the postal service and other appropriate parties
of said change.
