A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF LAKE ELSINORE
ESTABLISHING NO PARKING ZONES ON
CERTAIN STREETS
WHEREAS, Section 10.40.010, of the Lake Elsinore Municipal Code provides for
the establishment of No Parking Zones on certain streets by resolution of the City Council;
and,
WHEREAS, in certain residential areas vehicles park in front of mailboxes; and,
WHEREAS, mail cannot be delivered when that parking occurs, and;
WHEREAS, uninterrupted mail delivery is a valued residential amenity, and;
WHEREAS, while parking is also an amenity, installing small areas of no parking is
appropriate in order to provide uninterrupted mail service, and;
WHEREAS, it has now been determined that the designation of No Parking -Mail
Service zones are necessary.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKE
ELSINORE DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Certain No Parking -Mail Service Zones shall be established as
follows:
NAME OF STREET LOCATION OF NO PARKING -MAIL SERVICE
ZONE
Etienne Street Between 15154 and 15156.
SECTION 2. This Resolution shall take effect from and after the date of its passage
and adoption.
