Section 1: That the bid of California Bank, Paine Webber, Jackson &
14 Curtis, 625 SOo ;3pring Street, Los Angeles, California, offering par, accrued
15 interest to date of deli very and a premium of !)p76.00 for said bonds to bear

1? and best bid for said bonds. Said bid is hereby accepted and the bonds awarded
