4 BE IT REOOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Elsinore that
5 the appointment of W. H. Beach as a regular Police Officer effective the 15th
6 . day of April, 1949 be and is hereby approved.

8 BE IT roRTHER RESJLVED that the salary of said Police Officer shall
9 be $175.00 per month and paid from the same funds as other Police Officer's
10 of the department.
