2 BE IT RESOLVED by the ,City Council of the City of Elsinore, that
3 the appointment of Barney Colman as a part-time regular Police Officer
4 effective the 1st day of March, 1949, be, and is hereby approvedo
5 BE; IT FUH.THER RESOLVED that the salary of said part-tL"'lle regular
6 Police Officer shall be one-dollar($l.OO)per hour, and paid from the general
7 fund.

9 I, Paul Kuenzli, the duly elected, qualified and acting City Clerk
10 of the City of Elsinore, do hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true,
11 and correct copy of a resolution passed and adopted by the City Council of the
12 City of Elsinore at a regular meetlllg held on the 28th day of February, 1949.
