A RESOLUTION OP THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY O}<'
ELSINORE DETERMINING ArID DECLARING THAT THE
PUBLIC INTEREST AND NECESSITY DEMAND THE ACQUIS-
ITION ANn CONS~RUCTION BY SAID CITY OF A CERTAIN
MUNICIPAL IMPROVEMENT, TO WIT: ADDITIONS TO AND
THE REC ONSTRUC TION OF' ernE EXISTING SEWAGE DISPOSAL
PLANT, THE CONSTRUCTION OF A FORCE MAIN SEWER
LEADING THERETO AND 'THE INSTALLATION OF LIFT PUMP
FAC ILITIES, TOGETHEH WITH THE AC(~{JISITION OF ALL
PIPE, APPUR'I'ENANCES,MATERIALS, EQ,UIPNiEI'if'r, AND O'IHER
PROPERTY NECESSARY FOR SAID IMPROVEMENT.
The City Council of the City of Elsinore, State of
10 California, does hereby resolve, find, declaI'e and determine as
11 follows:

SECTION 1. That the public interest and necessity
demand the acquisition and constI'uction by the said City of
Elsinore of a certain municipal improvement, to wit: additions
to and the reconstr~tion of the existing sewage disposal plant,
the construction of a force main sewer leading thereto and the
installation of lift pump facilities, together with the acquis-
ition of all pipe, appurtenances, materials, equipment, and other
property necessary for said improvement; that the acquisition
and construction of said municipal improvement is necessary and
convenient to carry out the objects, purposes, and powers of the
said City; that the estimated cost of said proposed municipal
improvement is the sum of One Hundred 'rwenty- two Thousand and
NO/lOO Dollars ($122,000.00); that the portion of the estimated
cost to be paid from bonds of the City of Elsinore is the sum of
One Hundred Thousand and No/IOO Dollars (~lOO,OOO.OO) and bonds
in that amount are proposed to be issued to pay part of the cost
of said municipal improvement; that the estimated cost of said

are and each of said sums is, and will be too great to be paid
out of the ordinary annual income and revenue of said city.
SECTION 2. That trIG City Clerk shall certify to the
passage and adoption of this hesolution, shall cause the same to
be entered in the Book of Resolutions of said City and shall make
a minute of the passage and adoption thereof in the minutes of
the said City Council of said City of the meetlng at which the
same is passed and adopted.
Passed, approved and adopted the 11th day of January,
1949.

members of the City Council of the City of Elsinore, State of
